No período de um ano, considerando-se março de 2025 e fevereiro de 2026, o Rio Grande do Sul registrou um volume de US$ 22,6 bilhões em vendas para o exterior e importações de US$ 13,6 bilhões, com superávit de US$ 8,9 bilhões. A informação é do Boletim Econômico-Tributário do Comércio exterior (BET-Comex), lançado nesta semana pela Receita Estadual, durante reunião do Conselho de Boas Práticas Tributárias (CBPT).
O principal destino das mercadorias gaúchas é a China, com total de 21,7% do valor das exportações.O Mercosul aparece na sequência, respondendo por 20,3% das compras, seguida pela União Europeia, com 13,1%. Os EUA aparecem na terceira posição, com 7,3%.
O agronegócio lidera o ranking de vendas para o exterior, com US$ 5,2 bilhões no período analisado – valor que equivale a 33% do volume financeiro exportado.
